Cybersecurity talent in high demand and competition for top talent is fierce. Israel, known as a global leader in cybersecurity, has produced some of the brightest minds in cyber, many of them originating from Unit 8200, Israel’s elite military intelligence unit. This session will take a deep dive into the culture of this unit and explore how to cultivate top cyber talent. What then can employers do to attract this talent? Potential employees want to know that a firm takes cybersecurity seriously, that they’re investing in the latest emerging security technology, looking at cybersecurity more broadly than just tech and investing in security training and certification for the entire organization. This session will explore the secrets of Unit 8200 and examine how Israel has developed a dynamic cyber workforce.
