Founder & CEO, Latent, Uganda
Mr. Ofungi is the founder of Latent, a tech platform that mobilises latent capital for investment in latent renewable energy. He is also the founder of The Mkutano Company, a firm that curates macro-economic conferences in East Africa. David was East Africa Director for Blue Financial Services. He is a board member of Uganda’s Public Private Partnership Unit, a committee member of the National Research & Innovation Programme and serves as an Innovation Advisor to Uganda’s largest pension fund, the NSSF.
